I have tried to email quite you a few times now, BUT each time my message was "BOUNCED BACK" as undeliverable (TO YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS) ... which even infuriated me more, given the reason for my email on PET INSURANCE! I have not had any experience with this product as yet. If I ever need to make a claim, I will then rate this product. As to market comparison, it seems similar to most.

The service was good but did not like being called about my online quote. It is my understanding, I did not provide permission for this (and actually deleted my online information, so I thought) and felt somewhat pressured to take out this policy.

very hard to contact people ,and a lot of time wasting talk on the phone.i have tried several times to register using my e-mail which I use every day and when I request a password the whole thing stops. my initial set up with Lynn was excellent.when I tried to contact about a matter which we have discussed an d she said to call and discuss it .when I did twice, I was told that I wasn't allowed to speak to her,and so on.
