Tried to renew my car policy but it gives me a lower agreed value compared to a new quote. Same car, same terms, same Australian seniors company. I rang up customer service and they cannot explain either. End up forcing to take up a new policy and lose all un-used mileage. Feeling no respect as their loyal customer.

I believe the purchased service to be excellent and what I was looking for. The service will cover all my needs and was at a very reasonable price. I haven't made any claims so cannot comment on this at this time. However I am confidence all will be fine should I need to. The phone conversation I undertook was very polite and helpful. I did not have to wait a long time before the call was answered. In this day that is very unusual.
