Certainly has got me thinking & reviewing my existing funeral policies. Have spent the morning checking details & comparing prices etc.. Others are in fact 50% cheaper but without the benefits of age related bonuses of yours. The information provided by your representative was excellent. She was so positive and understanding, a great business ssset. Also the information provided by email is excellent. Regardless of the positive information given I am not interested in funeral insurance any longer. The simple cremation that I will require is already fully funded.

All good. Do not appreciate a cold call from sales after completing an online quote. The fact that I am required to leave a contact phone number as well as an email address is a big negative. Email is sufficient in today's market. If I wanted to deal directly with the company then I would not do the quote online. That is one reason I will not deal with one of your main competitors.

I believe the purchased service to be excellent and what I was looking for. The service will cover all my needs and was at a very reasonable price. I haven't made any claims so cannot comment on this at this time. However I am confidence all will be fine should I need to. The phone conversation I undertook was very polite and helpful. I did not have to wait a long time before the call was answered. In this day that is very unusual.
