I made my initial enquiry via a thread that came up on my phone. Within 1 minute of making that enquiry, I received a call from Maggie. Well, Maggie made the whole experience very painless. This lady was very professional, with excellent customer service skills and delivered great knowledge of the product. Within minutes I had completed my application, which, I thought was going to be a daunting experience.
