Made comparison with other Insurance companies, all about same price. Since I am nearly 80yrs old, thought Senior’s would accommodated me better overall.

Transferring to Service Dept, took 10mins & 8 mins. Made 4 phone calls, asked for sales person who had signed me up to give me a call, as the information on the Certificate was wrong. Still waiting? Last call finally got a person who understood what I wanted changing, and assure me he will fix it, before hard copy of policy is sent to me. This gentleman saved the day, as my experience was not the best, and I was going to cancel same.

I have taken out Pet Insurance with you,the representative was patient and helpful answering my questions. I guess we will have to wait until I need to make a claim and see what service I get from the claims department. Hopefully it will go well.

The Seniors Insurance suggested one amount & I said as I’m a veteran affairs widow, I’m getting this amount for my dogs. They dropped the price & waived centre items.

very nice staff who explained everything to me, with my junos cover, it means alot to me to know if juno ever needs help i have good insurance cover to help her, help us as my Juno is my world. im hoping we never need help but you never know. the top cover looks good should cover our needs i know i can contact and change things if i ever need to.
