Erin from Australian Seniors was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. She was prompt and professional at all times and explained everything in an easy to understand way - in good English (for a change). She also called back exactly when she said she would every time. I can't speak for the "claims process" but I can thoroughly recommend the quoting and on-boarding process.

Attempting what should be a simple exercise of obtaining contents insurance, took a series of online questions, followed by a 20 minute phone conversation, followed by a second 20 minute conversation. In the end the price was the cheapest, but... the two biggest concerns I had were not addressed. 1. I was not able to cover my laptop computer as a "mobile valuable" for trips away from home. 2. The only payment option was direct debit out of my bank account, whereas I prefer to pay by bank transfer or B-Pay. So it ended up being a reluctant purchase.

Very good service from Brian and it was a nice surprise to talk to someone that we could understand. (increase his salary!!!!!) We saved a considerable sum by taking out insurance with you. We were with our previous one for 20yrs but the premiums went sky high. So much for brand loyalty!!!!

Continual difficulties in getting any explanation from customer service reps on details of the nearly 20% increase in cost originally quoted. Difficulty in using the website to retrieve previous quote details if any alterations were made and nobody I spoke with could help with that. Inaccurate emails that seemed to be auto-generated but made little sense. I finally went ahead and renewed but it was a close call and next year I may just find another provider with systems more reliable and better informed customer-facing staff.

Pricing seems to offer good value, new to them so have never made a claim or anything so cant rate that. Mind you only ever had one claim in over 30 years from previous insurance for a tree fall 10 years ago and this year they increased my premium by 42% so I changed insurance companies. Hopefully this company treats there customers better. Online worked really easy and simple didnt come across any issues and not overly complicated. So far very happy.

The Lady that I spoke to was Wonderful!!!! I Truly feel for all the Staff, having to read out such an amount of of the Critical Information, (They need to have a Glass of Water handy, for afterwards, whew!!). I'm Truly Grateful for the Products available, and the fact that I'm eligable for various discounts, mmmm, I must be aging.... I Truly Appreciate with being looked after, with 40+ years in Retail myself, as some Customers that I served needed to take a Chill Pill....
