Price for vehicle insurance good. Requirement for 2 quotes because local regional township business is not on your list. In any event, our local regional township business needs to be happy with you too, if not, I would rather keep my more expensive insurer. There did not seem to be any opportunity to change this. Going to the next township to get another quote is not convenient.

Very good all round customer services with competitive priced products. I changed from my existing insurance provider that I had had been with for many years. Cost saving was considerable. Shows there is very little reward for staying a loyal long-term customer.

Price of policy is very comparable to most others. Had an issue with the online form because it did not recognise our financial institution. Spoke to consultant who completed the form for me but failed to include the bank as interested party. Ultimately the process was quite straightforward.

I rang to get a quote for home and contents insurance. As I had read in the reviews for Seniors Insurance, the call was picked up almost immediately by Lyn who patiently provided info for ALL my questions and requests regarding excesses and premiums until I chose an option. Lyn has the level of customer service that we in the target group of seniors need and expect. I trust it will continue if we ever need to make a claim.

Lyn patiently worked with me on excesses and premiums options until I chose one. Lyn's has the level of customer service required that the target client group of seniors need and expect. Pleased with our purchase for now.

I wanted a quote online to achieve the best discount offered (30%) for home and contents insurance. The system told me to call customer service. The system could not complete my quote and did not tell me why so that I could reconsider and amend my selections. I then had to answer all the same questions to the customer service team member taking considerable time. I waited 4 days but did not receive the quote. So, I emailed customer care and asked for details to be included on the discounts and a copy of the questions and my responses. They emailed me a pdf of the quote but did not provide information on the discounts or a copy of the questions and my answers. So, I spoke to a team member again and he informed me I had been sent the wrong quote document. He sent the quote document that enabled me to view all of the questions and responses, but did not show the application of the discounts. I went back online and completed the quote and accepted/paid for the policy. The Certificate of Insurance also did not show what discounts had been applied! Note my previous insurer clearly shows the discounts applied and as this is a commercial term, I would have expected the same from Australian Seniors Insurance. Finally, the questions on security features do not allow for security screen doors with deadlocks (the only allowance is for windows). The questions also do not allow for non-monitored/back to base alarms systems.

Your fees were more than a 3rd cheaper than the most expensive & I appreciate what you do for seniors. It's not okay to just buy for the rewards points weather it be an Airline or a Supermarket chain all of which make BILLIONS of dollars in profit rather than pass those profits back down the chain with cheaper raters.
