I got a home & content insurance .when l pay a did a payment for a year but my intention was to pay monthly, l call to change from year to month . Original (year) was canceled but you people change the quote from $129.73 to $130.09 , l did not agree with the change of the quoted price . Call two time to found out about the Team response but still nothing happened. That was two days ago.

I compared several companies and found that Australian Seniors were the only company to follow up and willing to call me back after I had completed my appraisal. Due to a competitive rate and the personal service from your representative Jessica I felt very comfortable in my decision to accept the Australian Seniors offer.

Easy to use online and very friendly and informative staff. Rang back on time and answered all ,of my questions. Very competitive rates with extras included not in other policies I comparing. I will look into changing car insurances as well if the rates are also better than what I already have. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and I didn’t feel pressured into buying at any time. I looked I was able to put in the amounts for insurance I wanted also.
