As I haven't made a claim in years I only know the premium side of things. If you published the claims statistics - number of claims, number of satisfactory outcomes, time to settle etc I'd be better informed

I will never understand why you charge more to an existing customer than you do for a new one - so much for customer loyalty!! Every time I get a renewal notice I have to go through this stupid pantomime where I input, as a new customer, the exact same details as on the renewal notice, and get a cheaper premium. I then have to spend twenty minutes talking to one of your employees, confirming everything you already have on file about me. The only thing this system does is make me think that if I'm going to put quote details in for you I might as well do it for AAMI, RAC, SGIO etc etc.

I compared several companies and found that Australian Seniors were the only company to follow up and willing to call me back after I had completed my appraisal. Easy to use online and very friendly and informative staff. Rang back on time and answered all ,of my questions. Very competitive rates with extras included not in other policies I comparing. I will look into changing car insurances as well if the rates are also better than what I already have. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and I didn’t feel pressured into buying at any time. I looked I was able to put in the amounts for insurance I wanted also.
