Professional, supportive, respectful also with the knowledge Of what is happening in our country. People are struggling to survive financially and feed their families. I was most impressed with your leadership and response in helping us save money on our home and contents insurance, so we also got our car insurance transferred with Australian Seniors. Well it’s all on line so I haven’t had any “service” as such but the process was pretty easy. I did get a follow up call after I’d completed signing up. I didn’t have any Qs so it wasn’t useful at the time.

I was given a comprehensive, detailed, point by point about the 2 policies I selected. This was followed up with comprehensive details about both policies and links to download the policies to my laptop. The premiums are 20% less than my current policies.

I have always been a loyal customer but decided to shop around after receiving my Home & Contents renewal with premium increased by over $900 (I have never had a claim). Australian Seniors was very competitive in premium price with incentive discount on premium for new customer. I was able to get their top policy which included accidental damage for same cost of standard policy with my existing insurance company. Will be interesting to see premium cost after first year. Was great to be able to talk to same representative on phone each time and follow up by Elliott was appreciated. Elliott was patient and courteous and policy explained well. I could not fault Australian Seniors customer service. I would definitely recommend to my friends.
