My decision to accept Australian Seniors proposal for Insurance was done with confidence knowing I had made the right decision after the contents of the Policy was gone through in such detail by the Consultant who was very courteous and polite. The whole experience was exceptional. The sales consultant, the contents/price of the policy... I already have car insurance with Aust Seniors and now have purchased house/contents. They are professional, courteous and extremely good value. Will always try them first when arranging quotes.

Erin from Australian Seniors was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. She was prompt and professional at all times and explained everything in an easy to understand way - in good English (for a change). She also called back exactly when she said she would every time. I can't speak for the "claims process" but I can thoroughly recommend the quoting and on-boarding process.

Web site is the usual extensive unhelpful information designed to confuse the elderly, though eventually the quote was reasonable. Amazed to get a call from Australian Seniors while still on the website however the customer service person was not a patient person and became unfriendly quite quickly.
