I rang previously for a quote and when I rang back to put the insurance in place I was advised that the person I had spoken to was not available and they would ring me back at a later time, I explained I needed to put the insurance in place today so Kevin agreed to do it. The quote had me living in NSW when I live in Qld so Kevin was unable to enter my address correctly and had to ring me back I then had to re answer all the questions I had previously done, twice I was asked what sex the dog was, and twice my preferred title which I advised was Mrs, my insurance policy has Miss. There were a couple of other annoying corrections as well to the point where I told Kevin it was actually making me wonder if I was choosing the right insurance company, and if it was this difficult to enter all my details correctly how difficult would it be to make a claim, it is also very off putting being advised at least 3 times about pre existing illnesses not being paid.

NSW office, Kelsey attended to me on the morning of 29th January 2018 via a phone call. She is a great asset to your company. I found her to have just the right personality to deal with the public, she was friendly, very knowledgeable with the products I was enquiring about and when I queried something she was unsure about Kelsey investigated while I was on hold and returned within a suitable timeframe with an answer that satisfied me. The young lady who called me back was extremely happy, very helpful and more than enthusiastic to answer my questions, She had an excellent grasp on the product and the product disclosure document which she used to assist my queries. She gave me confidence in purchasing our Pet Insurance for our new puppy Amber (Sorry I had to add puppy spam).

You don't have an excess, which is a winner, as we very rarely claim for our dog, so when we did make a claim with the other insurer we didn't get any benefit back and they didn't bother to advise that the claim has been processed and finalised. Plus the fortnightly payment is 50% less than our last insurer.
