I had dealings with two members of your agency and they were both very helpful with all my enquiries and followed through when they said that they would contact me. Also both members were very courteous and I would recommend your agency to anyone if asked.

The two persons that I had dealings with were both very courteous and helpful. They also followed up by contacting me when they said they would and explained in detail to my any of my queries regarding the pet insurance. I would recommend the insurance agency to anyone that asked.

Honor you conditions when it comes to your cooling off period. Don’t start your hard sell caper when people wish to opt out during the cooling off period and then them they must write in before it can be cancelled. I will never use Seniors insurance again

I already had Pet Insurance, but needed to add another pup to the Insurance. The person that dealt with my issue was absolutely lovely. Sounded like they had pets of their own. I would recommend Seniors Insurance to all my friends, as everything is so easy , when you have great people at the other end of the phone

Service with Charlie (original contact) today 15/11/17 seemed ok. When the policy came through on email ALL the names were incorrect on it. I called the Phillipines, spoke with Christine, she has taken down all necessary name changes, correct DOB & phone numbers but can't make changes until tomorrow as policy doesn't commence until midnight tonight. She assures me it will be done and I will receive a new policy in due course. Unfortunately this problem hasn't instilled much confidence in me regarding the insurance policy. Please can someone call me regarding this problem. Thank you.
