Expensive, slow, cumbersome. Your customer service procedures desperately need overhaul. Whoever wrote them should be condemned to eighteen months of endlessly repeating the application procedure - 16 hours a day; with the questions played at 80 dBA during the off-period.

Everyone I dealt with while making my decision to take out Home and Contents Insurance with Australian Seniors were professional and able to provide the information I required. In the end you have to make your own decision and what suits you but they were able to provide the overall best cover.
