Online Car Insurance purchase is very easy to use. Able to enter the different scenarios to fine tune the correct insurance option. Would very much prefer a different payment option rather than Direct Debit. Prefer if the Quote could be emailed with a BPay option as i review my insurances every 12 months and not have to ring up and cancel Direct Debits if I wish to change insurance providers.

the consultant was friendly/ easy to understand/ and made the whole process smooth and quick, he was professional yet I was comfortable as there was some light personal conversation I felt comfortable sharing and did so voluntarily, also some light banter between us which made me feel very relaxed. I did get some other quotes but chose Australian Seniors as you had the best product to offer at a fair price.
