This seems very economical for us older pensioners. The policy was explained clearly and price was also clear. Your representive did a good job except his accent made it difficult for a hearing impaired person. My only drawback is that there is no part refund of payments paid when turning 85 and end of policy. I feel there should be a benefit for reaching closure.

Terrific service and I would highly recommend Australian Senior's Insurance for this and also their ability to offer reasonable rates. Other Insurance companies I contacted quoted very high premiums for the same Home and Contents Policy.

I found Sach to be very helpful, approachable, and not pushy at all, which I really appreciated. He took the time to explain things clearly and made the process feel comfortable rather than pressured. I also appreciated that he came across as mature and genuinely understanding. In my opinion, more older people should be employed in sales roles, particularly in areas like seniors insurance, because life experience brings a level of empathy, patience, and understanding that is difficult to replicate when you’re much younger. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I felt listened to and respected throughout the process.
