Car ins renewal offer from previous company went up again so I searched for an alternative. Had a flyer for Aus seniors ins so thought I try them. Started online but phoned as I had a few questions Very helpful operator and the quote I decided to go with has saved me about $400. Very pleased

I spoke with David to obtain a policy to insure a newly purchased vehicle and then another section to cancel 2 existing policies following the recent passing of my wife. Despite the quite lengthly time to complete the new policy, both people that I spoke to were helpful and understanding.

The house and contents quote was much cheaper than many but within 2-3% of those we got that were cheaper, except for one which offered You 30% off in the first year but more expensive afterwards. We used but the website and phone to get the policy. The man on the phone was very calm, straight forward, no pressure and knowledgeable. We haven't made a claim yet and don't expect to, so we have no idea how responsive they will be. We now have a login and can track the policy.
