I made my initial enquiry via a thread that came up on my phone. Within 1 minute of making that enquiry, I received a call from Maggie. Well, Maggie made the whole experience very painless. This lady was very professional, with excellent customer service skills and delivered great knowledge of the product. Within minutes I had completed my application, which, I thought was going to be a daunting experience. Ease of getting policy. Lots of options. My only down side is you don’t cover my phone and I pad which I generally carry in my handbag. Love the pay by month option.

I am amazed at what I’ve been able to get access through becoming a seniors member. I have been able to turn two monthly bills into one bill by adding road service to my car insurance. Now I am going to look at life and funeral insurance as well. But just need to get moved into my new home first No long waits on the phone, this is an absolute blessing. Just go on line and get the quote to your email within minutes. Allows you to review so you can check where and how much money you are paying out. The the quote arrived Ed and you have a couple options to pay by. And within minutes your receipt for payment arrives. Great customer service . 💯❤️❤️❤️

My partner and I got a car last year and took out insurance, but after some research we are now going with Seniors Insurance. I talked to 2 representatives on the phone, Sandra and then Jordan. Both were very friendly, very well informed to answer my questions, and explained my options clearly. Then had time to think about it, and go ahead and take out a policy for car insurance.
