Excellent customer service, process over phone was clear and very helpful. Disappointing to note that car can be insured but not our contents due to area we live in. Found that to be a bit hypocritical hence the reason for four stars instead of five.

Cost effective and quick servie. I am from Brsbane and had to insure a car in Melbourne. II was able to save $150. On a quote from Melbourne and $290. On a similar quote from Brisbane. It pays to shop around. And the deal was done quickly online. I am a very satisfied customer.
