The online application was clear, uncomplicated and easy to complete. When I telephoned with a quick question and to confirm some details, I was most impressed that my call was answered immediately, and in person! The customer service consultant was very friendly and helpful, able to assist with my enquiry, knowledgeable about the product and services being offered. Besides getting a competitive quote this is a major reason I decided to change to Australian Seniors.

In 2013 I took out a $7,000 fixed funeral expences cover with you-In april 2018 you sent me a "happy anniversary" letter. Considering everything was fixed in for both parties until my death I could not understand why?. It prompted me to do some figuring, and working on the theory of living to 90 I realised what a bad deal I was on.By switching to "Top Cover" funeral insurance with you on 18May I managed to rescue a bit of the bad deal (assuming the 90yrs aim).While I did manage to secure a waiver of the nil claim in first 12 months (on new policy) the premiums for the the fixed policy are lost and the premiums for the top cover have increased.---In the world of wheels and roundabouts I am feeling only just a little bit better off. P.S. And I had to do a chase up for a copy of the waiver letter on 30 May.
