Their website is a model of good design, with clear instructions and easy to navigate. If only all the others were as good! The great attraction for car insurance was the option that gives lower rates for users who drive fewer kilometers. That saved us $300!

Mostly done on the website. It was easy to understand, although I did need to ring regarding a few things. Maybe add a feature in car insurance for new cars, obviously rego is not known until car is collected, neither is km’s. Having to call back is inconvenient.

I think your reps name was Abbey/ Abagail, she was very gracious & kind & very understanding of the need to be pacienr with me understand when the timing of her call backs were ill time. Her willingness & kindness to reschedule on a number of occasions is what persuaded me to go with seniors insurance even though I was researching others. This young lady is to be highly commended for her compassion and gracious understanding of my vulnerability Thank young lady God Bless you in every area of your life My only criticism is that 'Seniors Insurance ' does not appear on my MasterCard stmt. where is the $75 eftpos card advertised please. It would be greatly appreciated &needed for food at this point in time. Thank you

The agent who talked me through the funeral insurance process understood my reasons for the lowest amount and showed her compassion for my life experiences. I think her name is Veronica. Further she took the time to ask if I could have my first direct debit in a fortnight to fit in with my Pension date rather than commence payments this Thursday.

I like the product and the good service. I do have one issue; the confirmation e.mail arrived with a multi page attachment. The first page opens but the rest of the pages cannot open. I have reported this but so far no response.
