Their cost was very competitive for my main home however I was very disappointed that they could not offer a policy for my holiday house (not rented out at all). They should review this as I would think their are many seniors in this situation.

Notwithstanding I haven't yet had to make a claim their call centre staff were excellent in explaining the policy. They called back when they said they would regarding finalisng the policy.
