I think its a great deal. There is risk but not so costly especially for the first year.

The package is excellent. However, I felt uncomfortable due to the staff being "pushy" I was only having a quote and he ended me asking for my bank account details for the payment. I believe customers must be given time to re-think of the offer for at least a day to give us time to compare with other insurers.

I had the most incredible service when I called to get Life Insurance. The person I spoke with was Joel, he was lovely. Very informative, patient and very helpful. He knew his business and is worth more money, lol. I recommend Australian Seniors Insurance for all their Services to anyone who is thinking of insurance.

The The product is good and suits my needs and my pocket, but it isn’t clear to me what the future premiums might be.

I registered interest on Sunday and was told that someone would be in touch on Monday . Andrew phoned me on Monday morning and ran through the 8 questions. He had the authority to approve my application and did so on the spot. He also did not try to oversell me insurance that I could not afford .
