I merely rang for a quote for Funeral Insurance. The young lady I spoke with, Samantha, was so helpful and did not pressure me in any way to purchase or sign anything. She did answer ALL of my queries as well as giving valuable information re subjects and options I had not considered. I had no hesitation whatsoever of purchasing my policy there and then. It has given me and my family peace of mind, knowing that when my time comes, the financial problems which many face at this traumatic time will not be a concern. After signing up yesterday after a friendly helpfil service from Irene, we noticed that the payment was put in as a yearly amount and not as a monthly. During my call back i was told i can not make the change until a day later when the policy is active. Not handy because i need to call back again today.
