Unfortunately we will have to cancel due to it being expensive for us, as I am not in employment at the moment, and a bit concerned for the 12 month period of if one has been diagnosed with an incurable disease and dies from it, then we are not covered, that is a concern to us.

Service is very good as is pricing. I did online quote, I as Michaels wife wanted my name on the policy as well. On ringing Australian seniors they were too happy to add my name. The quote was $3.00 more expensive than my original quote. The person from Australian seniors soon rectified this and all was well. Maybe provision for another name on online quote would be helpful.

very nice staff who explained everything to me, with my junos cover, it means alot to me to know if juno ever needs help i have good insurance cover to help her, help us as my Juno is my world. im hoping we never need help but you never know. the top cover looks good should cover our needs i know i can contact and change things if i ever need to.

I only contacted "Seniors Insurance " online for a quote within seconds of dulling out the form online I received a call from a young man from Seniors Insurance wanting to sign me up I did not get a chance to speak, he spoke so quickly I could not get a word in and before I knew it he had me signed up, and I was only wanting a quote, I was very pleased to learn that I have a 30 day cooling off period as I can weigh my options, as one thing I disagree on, is that you automatically assume that because someone goes on line to get a quote for Insurance that it is a Sale and I can assure you because of this assumption I will not be purchasing Seniors Insurance in this case as this is pressure selling and I totally disagree with this form of selling, as a Sales Consultant myself for about 30 years I abhor pressure selling, I have never done it and I do not like being pressured into signing up for something before fully considering my options.
