I compared several companies and found that Australian Seniors were the only company to follow up and willing to call me back after I had completed my appraisal. I think your reps name was Abbey/ Abagail, she was very gracious & kind & very understanding of the need to be pacienr with me understand when the timing of her call backs were ill time. Her willingness & kindness to reschedule on a number of occasions is what persuaded me to go with seniors insurance even though I was researching others. This young lady is to be highly commended for her compassion and gracious understanding of my vulnerability Thank young lady God Bless you in every area of your life My only criticism is that 'Seniors Insurance ' does not appear on my MasterCard stmt. where is the $75 eftpos card advertised please. It would be greatly appreciated &needed for food at this point in time. Thank you
