I hope others at your company are just as professional and knowledgeable when the need arises to speak to someone. As I said in the last survey, the staff were well informed & helpful & the online service was easy to follow. Just one question on the online section that I believe should have had a third option to tick eg "I don't know". It was asking if the house was already insured & who with but as this is a new investment for me, that was something I did not know.
