The customer service person I dealt to was super professional. Very friendly and wasn't put off with any of my questions. I hope others at your company are just as professional and knowledgeable when the need arises to speak to someone. It was a breath of fresh air to actually get to speak to a Real Person not some computer.

Very professional. I was researching various home and contents policies and came across Australian Seniors. Amanda rang soon after and wasn’t pushy , when I explained what I was doing. She offered to ring back on the Monday which she did and was very open and willing to answer any questions. The premium was less than my previous insurer and with the reviews I have read , I am very confident that my house is in good hands

As I said in the last survey, the staff were well informed & helpful & the online service was easy to follow. Just one question on the online section that I believe should have had a third option to tick eg "I don't know". It was asking if the house was already insured & who with but as this is a new investment for me, that was something I did not know.
