today fri 28 may i was at Australian Seniors branch a Castle Hill Towers, to get a new quote,the staff there are so friendlyand very helpfully since I walk in ,e been attended by Michael and Lynn Butcher,Lynn did my quote in a very excellent manner,very professional,easy to deal with ,her actittud was excellent and her comunication was great and at the end I got my Australian Seniors Insurancethe price was so good compare to others insurance companies....thank you Australian Seniors Insurance ...YOU THE BEST

Simple, easy to understand, and open about car insurance. I have an older car, not of high value, and was able to get a quote for '3rd Party Fire and Theft' insurance, then go backwards and change to 'Comprehensive', and compare costs. It also showed the comprehensive insurance value, something other companies are reluctant to reveal! The premium was far below RACQ, whom I gave up.

Customer service I got when I rang was excellent it was late in the afternoon but the gentleman stay behind to look after me and made sure I got my insurance organised he was very very helpful The confusion came when you started sending me all the emails telling me to verify my email address and then forms to fill-in but I thought I had already filled in with the gentleman and then I think I double filled in the emails so now I am so confused I do not know what has happened I feel you seen far too many emails after the event to confuse people especially as all the people So I was not happy with that after service emails sorry

The consultant I spoke to was very helpful and explained the terms clearly. I purchased this funeral insurance plan for my husband as I don’t want to be left with an overwhelming funeral bill if he should pass before me. I purchased my own funeral plan some years ago from Seniors Insurance so my daughter won’t be left with a bill upon my passing and I have liked the fact Seniors Insurance doesn’t constantly pester me to buy extra Insurance and just send me a yearly statement. I have confidence in their integrity.

I think your reps name was Abbey/ Abagail, she was very gracious & kind & very understanding of the need to be pacienr with me understand when the timing of her call backs were ill time. Her willingness & kindness to reschedule on a number of occasions is what persuaded me to go with seniors insurance even though I was researching others. This young lady is to be highly commended for her compassion and gracious understanding of my vulnerability Thank young lady God Bless you in every area of your life My only criticism is that 'Seniors Insurance ' does not appear on my MasterCard stmt. where is the $75 eftpos card advertised please. It would be greatly appreciated &needed for food at this point in time. Thank you
