It was a great phone call where I was explained the 3 options of cover for our furry family member. Knowing now that we have chosen the best option that best suits us puts us at ease financially. We have even enquired with insuring ourselves through Seniors Insurance, as I feel that we can do much better than what we currently have. I have forgotten the name of the young lady I was talking with, this woman was excellent to speak with. Thank you.

when they rang to talk about funeral insurance I informed them that I already had some and when they looked it up they discovered that my policy was an old one and they immediately arranged a new policy for me and I'm very happy again now

The insurance was explained thoroughly, in easy to understand terms. I received a phone call while I was still filling out the online form, so it was instant reply. The lady who spoke to me was Australian and much easier to understand than the usual call centre that you receive.
