My Consultant NINA was extremely knowledgeable, polite and an absolute pleasure to correspond with. Together we spent some time transferring two Car Policy’s and a Home Contents Policy from another provider to Senior’s. NINA assisted me in deciding what level of cover was appropriate and explained the basics of all policies. NINA must be a great asset to Seniors Insurance.

Upon speaking with Vanessa ( Area Manager) she transferred my call to Deanne. I explained that I was interested in a policy and that we would be moving shortly. Deanne went through all the relevant options and I then decided to go with Aust Seniors. Deanne suggested that as I was moving it would be best to pay monthly for the next 2-3 months then start a new policy once we are settled into our new home. We thought that was a great idea, and that is exactly what we have done.

I merely rang for a quote for Funeral Insurance. The young lady I spoke with, Samantha, was so helpful and did not pressure me in any way to purchase or sign anything. She did answer ALL of my queries as well as giving valuable information re subjects and options I had not considered. I had no hesitation whatsoever of purchasing my policy there and then. It has given me and my family peace of mind, knowing that when my time comes, the financial problems which many face at this traumatic time will not be a concern.
