Insurance comparisons are a chore I hate but as my former company escalated their rates dramatically It was in my interests to seek a better deal. I compared several companies and found that Australian Seniors were the only company to follow up and willing to call me back after I had completed my appraisal. Due to a competitive rate and the personal service from your representative Jessica I felt very comfortable in my decision to accept the Australian Seniors offer.

I merely rang for a quote for Funeral Insurance. The young lady I spoke with, Samantha, was so helpful and did not pressure me in any way to purchase or sign anything. She did answer ALL of my queries as well as giving valuable information re subjects and options I had not considered. I had no hesitation whatsoever of purchasing my policy there and then. It has given me and my family peace of mind, knowing that when my time comes, the financial problems which many face at this traumatic time will not be a concern. Transferring to Service Dept, took 10mins & 8 mins. Made 4 phone calls, asked for sales person who had signed me up to give me a call, as the information on the Certificate was wrong. Still waiting? Last call finally got a person who understood what I wanted changing, and assure me he will fix it, before hard copy of policy is sent to me. This gentleman saved the day, as my experience was not the best, and I was going to cancel same.
