This was my first time to purchase a Landlord's insurance policy. It was easier to do than I thought. As I said in the last survey, the staff were well informed & helpful & the online service was easy to follow. Just one question on the online section that I believe should have had a third option to tick eg "I don't know". It was asking if the house was already insured & who with but as this is a new investment for me, that was something I did not know.

The phone staff were really efficient & polite & the online instructions were easy to follow. However there was one question online that I would have liked to put "I don't know" but it didn't allow me to so I had to guess.

I have dealt with Australian Senior for my travel insurance and found it to be well priced and the staff I have spoken to have been very considerate and helpful. Recently I purchased car insurance and then contents insurance and the same applies, very nice staff and very helpful.
