The products appear to be excellent and well priced although it's hard to make that statement without comparing with all others. What made this stand out for me was the service. Warm and responsive, informative and pleasantly personal, it rated up there with the best customer service I've experienced in recent times. I'd definitely come back if I thought all your call-centre staff were as appealing as the gentleman who looked after me.

I asked for some time to speak with my wife about changing our policy, and Ash was most abliging. This attitude and the fact your policy is very suitable made us change our insure ce provider.
