As I haven't made a claim in years I only know the premium side of things. If you published the claims statistics - number of claims, number of satisfactory outcomes, time to settle etc I'd be better informed

I will never understand why you charge more to an existing customer than you do for a new one - so much for customer loyalty!! Every time I get a renewal notice I have to go through this stupid pantomime where I input, as a new customer, the exact same details as on the renewal notice, and get a cheaper premium. I then have to spend twenty minutes talking to one of your employees, confirming everything you already have on file about me. The only thing this system does is make me think that if I'm going to put quote details in for you I might as well do it for AAMI, RAC, SGIO etc etc.
