It was the best plan on the market.

I saw the ads on tv and it was a better deal than the plan I was on. My customer service operator was excellent even though as we joked she didnt have to do much as I researched everything myself.

Quick except for the need to read out the policy details which is impossible to remember all of it at the speed it is read. As we are receiving the policy etc. by e-mail maybe another call the next day would be preferable where all could be discussed or questions answered.
