I’m not happy with the premiums increasing every year. This I will look into once receiving documents. Possibly now compared with other insurers. I have 3 funeral insurances for a number of years.

I found Sach to be very helpful, approachable, and not pushy at all, which I really appreciated. He took the time to explain things clearly and made the process feel comfortable rather than pressured. I also appreciated that he came across as mature and genuinely understanding. In my opinion, more older people should be employed in sales roles, particularly in areas like seniors insurance, because life experience brings a level of empathy, patience, and understanding that is difficult to replicate when you’re much younger. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I felt listened to and respected throughout the process.
