Service was excellant but calls coming from your call centre to myself came up as scam call. You should ensure the numbers being used are coming up as seniors insurance as i bet you lose a lot of customers. Apart from that all other dealings werr excellent.

Anthony was the operator. Extremely knowledgeable - I have been around telesales on & off most of my working life. I knew from the way the conversation was going that Anthony hoped to close the sale with this initial call - as the call proceeded I did have it in the back of my mind to take the policy out yesterday which I did. My only comment would be - what would have happened if I did not go head on that 1st call.
