Mathis is more a comment on insurance in general but I do think that there could be better value regarding premium/cover ratio. But the service and attention to detail by Kap was excellent.

the consultant was friendly/ easy to understand/ and made the whole process smooth and quick, he was professional yet I was comfortable as there was some light personal conversation I felt comfortable sharing and did so voluntarily, also some light banter between us which made me feel very relaxed. I did get some other quotes but chose Australian Seniors as you had the best product to offer at a fair price.
