Professional, supportive, respectful also with the knowledge Of what is happening in our country. People are struggling to survive financially and feed their families. I was most impressed with your leadership and response in helping us save money on our home and contents insurance, so we also got our car insurance transferred with Australian Seniors. Well it’s all on line so I haven’t had any “service” as such but the process was pretty easy. I did get a follow up call after I’d completed signing up. I didn’t have any Qs so it wasn’t useful at the time.

I Truly feel for all the Staff, having to read out such an amount of of the Critical Information, (They need to have a Glass of Water handy, for afterwards, whew!!). I'm Truly Grateful for the Products available, and the fact that I'm eligable for various discounts, mmmm, I must be aging....
