Having been disappointed with an enormous increase in premium with current provider and them not being willing to move on the premium, i was impressed with Elliott taking the time with me and going through all the options. Now that i have taken up your offer i hope that this will be repeated in any other interactions that i need to have with seniors' insurance. Please don't disappoint me..

I had received my renewal notice for house and content insurance from my current insurer and was shocked by how much it had increased. I began to trawl the internet to try and find a cheaper quote. After many quotes which were all still way to expensive I thought that as I am a pensioner I would try Australian Seniors for a quote. Much to my surprise Australian Seniors insurance options were much more affordable and even provided me with increased financial benefits over other insurers. It was a no brainer to sign up immediately. The process was easy to do online and has saved me hundreds of dollors

They rang promptly after I got on their website and answered all my questions. Even when I rang the next day about something I forgot, the person was pleasant and helpful. I think they offer a very good service for pensioners and are not jacking up insurance prices like others are.

I was expecting a follow up call on Wednesday the 12th, I missed the call but rang back as I was happy to deal with the chap who first rang as a follow up to my online quote ( Lucus?) sadly I got some lady. In Short I found her manner disrespectful, rude and annoying. I asked to be put through to my first contact, she did but didn't brief him so I was asked to go through the entire validation process. I was a breath away from walking.
