Having been disappointed with an enormous increase in premium with current provider and them not being willing to move on the premium, i was impressed with Elliott taking the time with me and going through all the options. They rang promptly after I got on their website and answered all my questions. Even when I rang the next day about something I forgot, the person was pleasant and helpful. I think they offer a very good service for pensioners and are not jacking up insurance prices like others are.

I was expecting a follow up call on Wednesday the 12th, I missed the call but rang back as I was happy to deal with the chap who first rang as a follow up to my online quote ( Lucus?) sadly I got some lady. In Short I found her manner disrespectful, rude and annoying. I asked to be put through to my first contact, she did but didn't brief him so I was asked to go through the entire validation process. I was a breath away from walking.
