I searched google for APIA and Australian Seniors came up as the top result although I didn't notice this until after I had purchased the policy. The process over the phone was the longest most painful policy I have ever had the misfortune to be involved with. The consultant was also not well suited to her role and asked the same questions over and over again. The process took over 40 minutes and should have only taken half that. Overall it was a less than enjoyable experience. Once I learned I had taken the policy with this company we cancelled and went with the much less expensive option with APIA.
