We are regular customers with Aust.Snr.Ins. & very happy with them. We have just purchased a new Mercedes & was in the showroom to collect. A young lady called Lauren helped us, she was very patient & helpful. Lauren spent alot of time with us, as the car had only just been registered with RTA 1 hr previosly & was able to sign us up. Thank you

Professional, supportive, respectful also with the knowledge Of what is happening in our country. People are struggling to survive financially and feed their families. I was most impressed with your leadership and response in helping us save money on our home and contents insurance, so we also got our car insurance transferred with Australian Seniors. Quick to take your money and signed up for the insurance but difficult to cancel if you change your mind. I was told I can cancel anytime just call during business hours during the cooling period. Called the next day after deciding the policy is not right for me. Only to be told that someone will call me back to discuss, within the next 1-2 days. No I don’t want to discuss anything, I just want to cancel the policy. Now I have to wait. Which makes someone who is elderly like me anxious not knowing when this will happen or not.

Well it’s all on line so I haven’t had any “service” as such but the process was pretty easy. I did get a follow up call after I’d completed signing up. I didn’t have any Qs so it wasn’t useful at the time.
