Very efficient, I only just finished my online enquiry an got a phone call immediately back! The guy we connected with was very thorough, and patient. We could understand him which is a big thing for us, nothing more frustrating for us (or the communicator), to hear someone speak in a foreign accent that you can't understand a word they say and have to ask them to repeat what they said all the time. This was not an issue. The guy did have an Irish accent but was very clear, polite and patient! The product we purchased was good value in comparison to other insurers we looked at. However, insurance is so expensive now a days across the board and with the increase of the cost of living and housing prices, this makes it hard, to make insurance affordable. Unfortunately it is a necessity. Overall we are happy with our purchase considering the given economic climate.
