Was easy to take out the policy online and didn’t really need anyone to phone me once let alone twice while I was online talking out the policy . If I was not called I would have given a higher rating. The price was great and I like the dive less pay less option as I don’t drive much.

Until I might need to make a claim I can't really provide a 'review' of the purchase. I can say that the telephone agent was helpful. BUT, the phone line connection from the Aus Seniors end was HOPELESS!! Between us the agent and I had to repeat ourselves continuously to get numbers and details correct (dollar/credit card digits etc - important to get right!). The line had little sound gaps in communication. It was not good enough! The call took over 30 minutes, primarily because of the repetition required.

Great.Customer service agent was very helpful.Listened to my experiences in dealing with other insurance companies who were not that sympathetic to my requests for a better deal considering my age,claim free history and the fact that my vehicle even though it is 8 years old has less than 45,000 Kms on the odometer.I reckon that for the premium charged,the Agreed Value amount and other conditions,I am extremely satisfied.
