I was pleased with the information given to me in regards car full comprehensive insurance. I was concerned l would only be able to afford third party insurance but was pleased that l was able to afford full car insurance. I further saved by paying account annually instead of monthly.

I inquired about Australian Seniors Car Insurance and the person I spoke with was very helpful. I found that your car insurance offered everything I wanted. It was competitive and flexible, allowing me to adjust my mileage limit, which reduced my premium. This is a great feature. Also liked your call centre being local (i.e. not overseas based).

The Lady that I spoke to was Wonderful!!!! I Truly feel for all the Staff, having to read out such an amount of of the Critical Information, (They need to have a Glass of Water handy, for afterwards, whew!!). I'm Truly Grateful for the Products available, and the fact that I'm eligable for various discounts, mmmm, I must be aging.... I Truly Appreciate with being looked after, with 40+ years in Retail myself, as some Customers that I served needed to take a Chill Pill.... Very easy, very quick. Only complaint is that when filling out the application form the form showed an agreed value of $3100 for my car. Then, when the policy came the agreed value was $2000. No explanation as to when and why it was reduced. Other than that, it was a very positive experience.
