Attempting what should be a simple exercise of obtaining contents insurance, took a series of online questions, followed by a 20 minute phone conversation, followed by a second 20 minute conversation. In the end the price was the cheapest, but... the two biggest concerns I had were not addressed. 1. I was not able to cover my laptop computer as a "mobile valuable" for trips away from home. 2. The only payment option was direct debit out of my bank account, whereas I prefer to pay by bank transfer or B-Pay. So it ended up being a reluctant purchase.

Amazed to get a call from Australian Seniors while still on the website however the customer service person was not a patient person and became unfriendly quite quickly.
