After receiving a huge blow out in in our car insurance renewal from RACV we decided to shop around and found Seniors Insurance to be over 40% cheaper apples for apples. I have always been a loyal customer but decided to shop around after receiving my Home & Contents renewal with premium increased by over $900 (I have never had a claim). Australian Seniors was very competitive in premium price with incentive discount on premium for new customer. I was able to get their top policy which included accidental damage for same cost of standard policy with my existing insurance company. Will be interesting to see premium cost after first year. Was great to be able to talk to same representative on phone each time and follow up by Elliott was appreciated. Elliott was patient and courteous and policy explained well. I could not fault Australian Seniors customer service. I would definitely recommend to my friends.
