The reason for 5 stars .as I've been meaning to gt some life insurance for a few years now.bt I rang a cupple if other insurance company. Over last cupple years .and they did not call bk .and when they did they were not very easy to talk to .as well as the premium. To high.so I I said I ring u guys and a lovely well spoken young lady .made it very easy .for me to understand. And the premium. Was good .as well so thanks firor the amazing service. Kind regards. Nice to be able to change the amount of my agreed value and excess. PDS is very easy to read and understand. I would have appreciated knowing about the automatic renewal when I was filling in the webpage questions. However I did find it listed towards the end of the PDS and was able to opt out with a phone call. Nice to speak to someone in Australia rather than overseas.
