The service was great and product competitive however without having experienced what it is like to make a claim with them it is difficult to rate the purchase. For this reason I have chosen average as while researching there were very few reviews in regards to claims.

Erin was fantastic to deal with, she was very patient and explained things well and clearly. I would have thought she would have got a bit frustrated with the many calls I made but she was always polite, helpful and cheerful. A pleasure to deal with and a real asset to your organization. in the end I took out the Home and Contents Policy which was very competitive.

Seems fine to me, but I have not had to make any claims as yet. the only option that was not provided for that was in my previous provider was the other glass cover, ie they covered your windscreen and all other window glass including the rear window screen with the no excess. this is covered with Australian Seniors, but only under your normal excess.
