The consultant was thorough and had explained in detail what I was purchasing. Gave guidance and at the same time given me the opportunity to make the final decision. Very polite and great service. I have dealt with Australian Senior for my travel insurance and found it to be well priced and the staff I have spoken to have been very considerate and helpful. Recently I purchased car insurance and then contents insurance and the same applies, very nice staff and very helpful.
