My partner and I got a car last year and had insurance, but decided to go with Seniors Insurance after some research, it was better value and good cover. I talked to two consultants on the phone and both were excellent.. Sandra and Jordan. They were both very pleasant, answered questions, and were thorough with all information and options. I felt no pressure but well informed, before we finally went ahead. Great to deal with Seniors Insurance.

My partner and I got a car last year and took out insurance, but after some research we are now going with Seniors Insurance. I talked to 2 representatives on the phone, Sandra and then Jordan. Both were very friendly, very well informed to answer my questions, and explained my options clearly. Then had time to think about it, and go ahead and take out a policy for car insurance.

I was so surprised to receive a phone call after sourcing my online quote. Far from trying to put the big sell on, the operator provided incredible customer service. Qudos to these guys, beat the nearest competitor which was Budget Direct and provided pleasant conversation and informative content. Im really happy with my first interaction with Seniors Insurance.
