They were competitive on one of my quotes. I had 3 properties to insure and got a better deal on only one of them at Australian Seniors. The quoting process was also more cumbersome compared to the other company. When I entered my address details, the other company came up with all the information. I don’t understand why this company hasn’t done that integration.

Everything was done online and I didn’t have to interact with anyone so I can only speak about their quoting forms where I had to fill in all the details.

Good service, but as I said, took longer than it should have. I had to cancel an existing policy and take out a new one when changing over cars - this process should be more streamlined.
