I was very pleased with your first Representative Christian who was professional, understanding, kind and respectfully patient with my enquires. I would like to commend him highly. Sometimes elderly lonely people just want to have a little chat in between conducting business. Unfortunately I can not say the same for the second consultant Adrian, whom I was transferred to, for completion of the policy. While being very professional at his job, his manner to my additional enquiry was disappointing. While I understood and I took on board that he was following a set pattern of questions and was not to be interrupted, could I suggest that perhaps his customer service manner when conversing to aged clients be improved. It takes very little to be courteous, patience, and understanding when working in a company that is supposed to value and respect senior clients, as your company does. There are certain ways to get across a message without being what I consider a tad rude and condescending. When my husband passed away, three years ago, Seniors Life Insurance was there for me with kindness and compassion and I was greatly appreciative. Going on this premise, I decided to continue doing business with the company and increased my policy, because always in the past your reps were nothing but courteous. That is why I decided to enquire about the Life Insurance policy. But the interaction with your second representative left me feeling a bit angry and deflated, and I pondered the difference between the technique used between your two representatives, before deciding whether to cancel the policy and go elsewhere. Realising that this was a "one off" bad experience, I decided to stay with Seniors, nonetheless. And I am grateful for you providing this opportunity for the feedback so that another client, although they may be considered frustrating or infuriating with their enquiries, may be left at the end of the conversation with a sense of being in safe hands, thus having done something worthwhile for their loved ones, rather than being treated as a if they were nuisance. So please accept this as a positive as there is always room for improvement. and I would accept some form of response feedback from your company as as always word of mouth is very good for business.
