Made comparison with other Insurance companies, all about same price. Since I am nearly 80yrs old, thought Senior’s would accommodated me better overall.

Transferring to Service Dept, took 10mins & 8 mins. Made 4 phone calls, asked for sales person who had signed me up to give me a call, as the information on the Certificate was wrong. Still waiting? Last call finally got a person who understood what I wanted changing, and assure me he will fix it, before hard copy of policy is sent to me. This gentleman saved the day, as my experience was not the best, and I was going to cancel same.

I merely rang for a quote for Funeral Insurance. The young lady I spoke with, Samantha, was so helpful and did not pressure me in any way to purchase or sign anything. She did answer ALL of my queries as well as giving valuable information re subjects and options I had not considered. I had no hesitation whatsoever of purchasing my policy there and then. It has given me and my family peace of mind, knowing that when my time comes, the financial problems which many face at this traumatic time will not be a concern. In comparison to my existing insurance, I saved $1,100.00 and was able to contact Seniors to speak to them directly. After 3 days of trying to contact my previous insurance company and one day waiting on the phone for 42 minutes and not being able to contact anyone, I decided to look elsewhere. At this stage I haven't had to claim but I'm hoping that the ease I had with my initial contact would be the same going forward.
