I had been thinking about getting this cover for a while and had basically made up my mind to get it before speaking to a customer service person. It was explained well, although a little fast, but when I had questions about something that was said, the customer service person was happy to go back over what they had said and explain further.

The policy is excellent just what I need (No push when selling it to me more delivering what best suits me.... a long long time since I have had that type of service) Josh was excellent in how he explained it to me you could tell he believed in the product that he was selling That is what really sold me. In both policies I now have with you I can honestly say BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE
