I hope others at your company are just as professional and knowledgeable when the need arises to speak to someone. It was a breath of fresh air to actually get to speak to a Real Person not some computer.

They rang promptly after I got on their website and answered all my questions. Even when I rang the next day about something I forgot, the person was pleasant and helpful. I think they offer a very good service for pensioners and are not jacking up insurance prices like others are.

I was called first thing after requesting a quote last night and signed up straight away but I called another company who could do slightly better so called you back and was told I would have to speak to someone else who would ring me today or tomorrow .... considering you are going to take my money Monday I need to speak to someone today not when ever you feel like calling me back
