Never been with Australian Seniors until now but the operator who talked me through the new policy was most helpful and that is a major reason I chose to switch from RAA to AS. The RAA policy was good I must admit but the premium was far too much for a couple of pensioners.

We cancelled our policy this morning due to another insurer responding with a lower quote. I have been told that our policy is in place until the 23 Jan, but my understanding was that we would be refunded the $80.16 as per your cooling off policy. Not happy if this is not the case.
