I was looking at home and contents insurance. The lass I spoke to was so helpful. She explained everything in detail. She went over our contents insured value to ensure we were not under-estimating values. I could speak highly enough of the service over the phone. she wasn't pushy and didn't try to upsell me as some do.

I was originally very skeptical of talking to someone as I was comparing the market. Most times they try and sell you a product you don't really need. In this case, they were very helpful and took their time to explain in detail what the policy would mean to us. They guided me to links on their website giving more detail as she was explaining it. Great customer service and yes, switched to Australian Seniors' Insurance.

Was just interested in getting some information with regards to the Funeral Insuarance but was continually pushed in to signing up and to hand over my credit card details for something I did not want. When I confirmed with the operator that I did not want this and nothing was to be taken from my credit card they agreed but I soon found out that when my daughter-in-law rang to confirm nothing was going ahead that it had all been signed up and I had to complete an official cancellation. After explaining what had happened to this operator he also continued to forcefully try to talk me into staying, even though I made it abundantly clear I was not happy about what had happened. All of this was disappointing as I have my home & contents and car insurance though you and it was a very pleasent experience.

I inquired about Australian Seniors Car Insurance and the person I spoke with was very helpful. I found that your car insurance offered everything I wanted. It was competitive and flexible, allowing me to adjust my mileage limit, which reduced my premium. This is a great feature. Also liked your call centre being local (i.e. not overseas based).
