Rachel was professional, friendly and helpful. When an issue arose she said she would sort it out and call me back so as not to waste my time. This she did at the time stated. Insurance was a very competitive price and much better than old insurer who wasn't interested in supporting loyalty with a better price. Previous positive experiences with car insurance with Seniors was mirrored with this cover as well.
