I found her to have just the right personality to deal with the public, she was friendly, very knowledgeable with the products I was enquiring about and when I queried something she was unsure about Kelsey investigated while I was on hold and returned within a suitable timeframe with an answer that satisfied me. Never been with Australian Seniors until now but the operator who talked me through the new policy was most helpful and that is a major reason I chose to switch from RAA to AS. The RAA policy was good I must admit but the premium was far too much for a couple of pensioners.
