It was a good experience as the person I spoke to had answers for my questions and I didn't have to wait for her to go off and find the answers. She was very helpful and the best part was I could understand everything she said without having her to repeat it.

I thought I'd just done that - I asked for details wanting to see if this policy suited me and my wife. And came away with giving my details and a debit card to start within 7 days. However i wanted to step back to ask for another opinion and be able to not proceed.

I wanted a sense of cost not to be sold the policy. The service dealt with this but then I found myself in the forms giving details. Yes I gave my Debit card details

I have no hassles with Australian Seniors Insurance Agency but I misunderstood the price which I thought was $50.00 per fortnight not $60.00. I cancelled an existing policy because I couldn't afford their $130 a month. I want to cancel this policy please. Dennis Dowsett.
