The quality of the pet insurance plan is on par with all of the other options available however the premiums are much more reasonable and they're very pleasant to deal with.

Hayley was the consultant that I dealt with over a two day period and answered all of my questions relating to changing from one pet insurance company to Seniors. She knew the product very well and was incredibly professional and pleasant throughout our discussion of the policy options. Switching to Seniors was a very comfortable and easy decision and ,with Hayley's guidance, went smoothly. I have peace of mind that both of my dogs are fully insured with the top cover which ,although the quality is the same as the previous insurer, is a fraction of the cost. Hayley is a definite asset to Seniors Insurance.

I rang for a quote and they signed me up for a policy which I don’t want tried to cancel and was told I had to email them which I have done still waiting on confirmation of that. The lady I spoke to would not listen trying to get me to keep this policy

Asked for Quote and Suddenly was Signed up? As i am Shifting in a couple of weeks I really wanted it to start after i moved. Was told i can choose when the first payment comes out, then told it will come out in the next 7 days, before i shift. Was not given any option to start after i shift. just more to worry about. Told the Lady i was Busy so she talked really fast. So a Request for a Quote ended up a sale. Yes I do want Funeral Insurance, but Really was not given the chance to look over the Quote and make a informed Decision ,instead of a rushed sign up.
