Very professional. I was researching various home and contents policies and came across Australian Seniors. Amanda rang soon after and wasn’t pushy , when I explained what I was doing. She offered to ring back on the Monday which she did and was very open and willing to answer any questions. The premium was less than my previous insurer and with the reviews I have read , I am very confident that my house is in good hands

The consultant I spoke to was very helpful and explained the terms clearly. I purchased this funeral insurance plan for my husband as I don’t want to be left with an overwhelming funeral bill if he should pass before me. I purchased my own funeral plan some years ago from Seniors Insurance so my daughter won’t be left with a bill upon my passing and I have liked the fact Seniors Insurance doesn’t constantly pester me to buy extra Insurance and just send me a yearly statement. I have confidence in their integrity.

I did not have a good experience. when I wanted to cancel the person on the phone tried to argue with me when all I wanted to do was cancel the contract quickly and quietly and I was left feeling upset.one week later and I am still waiting for a refund.
