The telephone representative spoke clearly and with a measured pace -(not in the "chipmunk" cadence of today's fashion where vowels get pulverized and consonants obliterated , at rapid speed). She was meticulous in double checking the information with both of us. However, when she read out the extensive "Verbal Contract" and the mass of questions that this incorporated -(of which the vendor keeps a recorded copy), she could not guarantee that the consumer (us) would have access to either the recorded Verbal Contract - or a transcript of it. This is a systemic perversion. Both parties to a contract should have verbatim copies of it - otherwise either party can withdraw. Samuel Goldwyn, the Hollywood movie mogul, said “A verbal contract isn't worth the paper it's written on”

Brilliant Customer service, phones answered within 10 seconds no wait times. The Customer Services officer dealing with my case, was very polite, courteous, friendly and explained everything in detail, well spoken and extremely well presented. No questions were left unanswered. The icing on the cake was the huge savings in my pocket. It's been an absolute pleasure dealing with Australian Seniors, looking forward to dealing this Company again. I would rate you more than 5 Stars given the option. Highly recommend.
