For a second time in 12 months, I decided to review my insurance products. In this case, Household Contents Insurance. Been with the same crowd for over 15 years, no claim in that time, then the latest quote goes up by over $100 for the same sum insured and excess. Australian Seniors was over $200 less than what i was quoted by my long term insurer. Shop around is my advice and have look at Australian Seniors after you have looked at the rest.

The price I was offered was reasonable but I’m disappointed my new policy was not posted to me as promised . And we had asked that Greg Roberts be the name of the contact policy holder , but this was ignored .

Very helpful to talk with Rachel about changing from another insurer. The price was good and we understood all the information easily. We are happy with the terms of the contents policy we purchased, we don’t expect to have to make a claim in our new home but want to have continued cover.

Easy to access a department, don't have to wait for hours to get to talk to someone. At the odd time I needed assistance with a policy or claim, the company is extremely easy to contact and to speak to Australian based representative. Highly recommend.
