I have only just taken out the Policy so I cannot give a rating. I am waiting for the paperwork to arrive by mail to read it thoroughly. The Consultant explained it to me and it was to my liking, but, I like to read the details myself.

I found Kristy (?),the person to whom I spoke, very irritating. She needs to understand that she is speaking to an older person, not a teenager. I consider she wasn't very professional, talking in terms of "wonderful" or "fantastic" every time I supplied a plain answer as date of birth or address. Very irritating. If I get her again I will ask to speak to someone less animated and more professional. She is not suited to speaking to someone over 40.
