I was caught of guard. The sales guy was too pushy for an instant result. I reluctantly agreed just to shut him up. I don't want Seniors Funeral Insurance as it is twice as expensive as my current Insurance with REAL insurance. Please cancel me immediately.

Excellent phone advice from Jamie-Lee, she really listened to my concerns, and answered my questions. She gave me time to consider the different pricing packages, and together we came up with a great fit. She explained what actually happens at time of death, re notifying the beneficiary, and their responsibility to handle the payments of not only the cremation, but the cremation certificate, and various other obligations.. And what happens to remaining money ! The details are important ! The insurance itself is reasonable, and will cover my needs amply.

Jamie-Lee was really excellent, kind , fun, detail oriented, patience plus ! No question of mine was too difficult... the funeral policy was explained in great detail, at a slow steady pace. The beneficiary responsibility was made clear ; as was the cost of cremation, and other additional costs, and what happens to remaining money. I learned all about the definitions of accidental death, accidental serious injury, terminal illness ; what happens at age 85 ; and that the policy comes with a free Will, which I intend to take up ! Thankyou for great service, no stone left unturned.
