First time I phoned I got someone who ran through the products so fast and then got agitated when I didn't want to sign there and then!

Sophie was very pleasant and patient with an elder person and I appreciated this. I am not 100% sure we can afford the FIXED COMMITMENT as yet but will certainly be considering that anon.
