I had my questions answered clearly and with obvious knowledge of the product. I felt that the information that was read at the end of the call was read too quickly even though the person read clearly. I understand that I will receive a hard copy but it would be better to slow down in that delivery.

The one improvement I would like is that I can stop paying premiums when I have paid in the amount I am covered for. This would still give you years of using my money with which to invest and so on. it is good to know that premiums cease when I am 90.
