The service that I received from Lyn (I am not sure if I have spelt her name correctly - she works within in Sales), was very good indeed. Lyn is very knowledgable about Seniors Car Insurance and very thorough. She explained all options and the costs of such very clearly and methodically. In addition, I was not ready to insure a new car but Lyn called me back to see if my circumstance had changed , which was appreciated. Then, when I had sufficient information about the new vehicle I rang Lyn and everything went smoothly. I said to Lyn that I would inform her management that she did a great job and that I appreciated her service very much.

I found it easy to understand plus it was easy to apply. The lady was very helpful and she explained everything I wanted to know answered all my concerns in a very positive and friendly attitude. I think companies need more staff like her customers can understand in plain English not me having to say I think I need a interpreter to tell me what your saying but anyway Australian seniors are doing the right things putting good people to talk on there phones.

The customer service I received from Leah was absolutely sensational. Leah waited on the line with me while the loading of an EPOA was successfully completed, so I could action my aging parents policy. The annoying part of my issue was the limitations of your website and not being able to add myself as an authorised representative against my parents customer profile. Then because I cancelled their existing policy and created a new quote, which was cheaper I might add even with improved parameters, meant I had to resend the EPOA for this new policy. Why isn't the EPOA loaded against my parents names so any future policies automatically fall under the EPOA........that's a very frustrating feature. Improve your website so we can add authorised users ourselves.
