The purchase was made after a range of price comparisons. I ascertained that, disappointingly, my previous insurer of some 20 years or more was genuinely price gouging (l find this practice unconscionable) at the time of this policy renewal and only offered a significant reduction after l made contact. As a result, l shopped around for a like product at a price relevance of my previous policy with an inflation consideration. Also as a semi retired person l anticipate being to consider other insurance considerations (eg motor vehicles) into the future.

I found Sach to be very helpful, approachable, and not pushy at all, which I really appreciated. He took the time to explain things clearly and made the process feel comfortable rather than pressured. I also appreciated that he came across as mature and genuinely understanding. In my opinion, more older people should be employed in sales roles, particularly in areas like seniors insurance, because life experience brings a level of empathy, patience, and understanding that is difficult to replicate when you’re much younger. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I felt listened to and respected throughout the process.
